QSPals – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to QSPals! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform that enables businesses to create and manage a digital profile by subscribing to our services. If you choose to enroll in our referral program, additional conditions apply as outlined below.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: QSPals web application and services.
• Business/Organization: Any legal entity or individual subscribing to create a digital profile.
• User: Anyone accessing the platform, including business owners and referral partners.
• Referral Partner: User enrolled in the referral program.
• Subscription Fee: Annual amount for using QSPals.
• Referral Reward: Commission earned for referrals.

2. Account Creation

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. QSPals may suspend violating accounts.

3. Subscription

Yearly subscription is required. Subscriptions are non-refundable except for technical issues. Auto-renewal occurs annually unless canceled.

4. Referral Program

Referral partners get unique codes. Commissions are earned after successful subscription payments by referrals.

5. Reward Redemption

Minimum ₹500 to withdraw. Manual processing may take 7 business days. Verification may be required.

6. Use of Platform

Platform must be used lawfully. Misuse (e.g. fake accounts) will lead to suspension and reward forfeiture.

7. Termination

QSPals may terminate accounts for violations. Rewards under ₹500 may be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

Terms may change periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
