Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We recommend trying the demo before subscribing.

2. Exceptions for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The platform permanently shuts down.
• There is extended downtime over 30 days.

Email support@qspals.com with details to request a refund.

3. Cancellation by User

Users can cancel anytime. Services remain active until the billing period ends. No refunds apply.

4. Cancellation by QSPals

We may suspend accounts for violations. No refund in such cases.
